Terms and Conditions

We will be utilising an electronic booking system to allow our pre-registered delegates to book their 1-2-1 meetings. All companies that have received confirmation of their place online will be sent an email containing a link to book their place approx 2-4 weeks prior to the event. Delegates are responsible for booking their own meetings and these will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each appointment is approx 10 minutes long and the number of delegates that can attend each appointment is limited to two.

While we understand that delegates regard 1-2-1 meetings with the speaker companies as one of the main reasons for attending, please do not book your delegate place(s) solely for this reason as we cannot guarantee all suppliers will receive 1-2-1 meetings. We regret that we will not offer refunds to attending delegates who do not achieve 1-2-1 meetings with speaker companies.

All speaker companies usually present twice, once in the morning and again in the afternoon, usually on the day that they are not carrying out their meetings. They deliver their presentation for up to 40 minutes each time. Please utilise the time in the presentations to make your introductions to those companies that you would like to meet but haven’t managed to get a meeting with - as they will be more than happy to talk to you.

Whilst your company does not have to be an EIC member to qualify for 1-2-1 meetings, your company must meet the criteria of EIC membership to be offered 1-2-1 meetings. Please click www.the-eic.com for more information about becoming an EIC member.
